DOWNLOADING PERSONAL MESSAGES (PM)

My PM boxes are full! In the past, I just downloaded all of my message which both cleared the space as well as let me archive all of my communication. Unfortunately I no longer see the controls for downloading PMs.

Am I missing something? Was the utility for downloading PMs removed for some reason?

Check the boxes by the PM’s you want to download, and click the drop down at the bottom.
