No NFA forms being processed during .gov shutdown

Figures, I finally mail in my Form 1 and the goverment shuts down. According to an email I received from the NFA Branch of ATF, their personnel are non-essential and no forms will be processed.

So then they can't enforce the NFA laws while they are shut down, right?

The bank in Atlanta is still cashing checks and charging credit cards though, for form I sent off on the 11th, payment went pending on the 20th

So they are taking money and not doing any work? Typical .gov!

Got a friend who is 11 1/2 months now waiting. I was lucky. Both of my cans were only 'can jail' less than 9 months. It is frustrating that a Indiana carry permit, Utah permit and Military ID won't speed things up.

My LE ID doesn't either.
