    Neither. It has been practiced for a long time. I could see how it could have been practical in times when nutrition was hars to come by, although I’d rather take an extra multivitamin today. I definitely don’t see it as cannibalism, though.

    Just my opinion, but the difference is that the placenta is naturally shed by the body, unlike your amputated leg.

    and Cm, it would not be met with silence. Guarantee it would be met with violent hateful rhetoric from the small but vocal nutball crowd.

    So we have this going on, and vegans trying to shut down restaurants that serve animal meat, sounds about right.
