I don't get it. VPN services to fool IP checking aren't THAT expensive. People can lie on registrations. Cookies can be spoofed. Modifying posting styles can probably be sustained, maybe, a little. Trolling/deflecting/lying/asshattery, I think people who are all that can't help themselves.

I never knew of this either. But it seems to me, if it’s consistent with regular property trespass, once he was banned his initial return would be trespassing...seeing as he was removed from the property already, so to speak. Not sure how that works online tho

Well............as we most likely know this individual in the real world and he has repeatedly returned (i have lost count and he has been doing this forever) we are pretty much done with him. He has a spouse (or soon to be "X") that still has an account on here but that is under consideration.

From what you just cited it doesnt seem like visiting a website would fall in violation of that statute
Seems more along the lines of someone hacking into your wireless network or wired network ect. But I'm not a lawyer and dont make the big bucks so I'm probably wrong. I'm just looking at it through a dummies eyes.
I hope they can use it. Its harrassment in the very least
