Not necessarily. I believe Kavanaugh. I believe he did not do this as he states.

I also believe Ford has wires crossed in her head. Someone did this to her. She believes it was Kavanaugh with her whole mind. She is wrong. It was someone else. She's not lying.....she truly believes it. She's just wrong.

Despite the outcome, one of them is now a criminal for lying under oath.

Be respectful, as I'm sure his office has heard from plenty of angry Dems frothing at the mouth over this.

I can't imagine Donnelly will be swayed by his constituents. Especially those that aren't going to vote for him anyway. He will take his orders from the Dem party, and vote accordingly.

My bet:
He will be confirmed. The Dems will play victim and be as vile as possible in the next month, in hopes of winning a few votes, and a couple of seats in Congress in the mid-term. They are setting up to get THEIR replacement for Ginsburg.

See.... again he gives himself an "out" to the allegations. At the risk of stating the obvious, "I do not recall..." is not "That did not happen." Also, the ABA is calling for an FBI investigation.

Did you listen and watch Ford's testimony? She's too stupid to lie her way through this. And if the Democrats searched out and paid someone to fabricate this, lie, and testify.....you better believe they would find someone that could do a better job than she did.

I’ve never voted straight party ticket to my recollection. But I may just click the big R this time. The Democrats have disgusted me on this.
