You have no idea WHAT was in Ivanka's emails, so to say that because her emails contained no "Top Secret" information, no crime was committed, is PLAINLY false.... so, unless someone wants pony up their clearance and tell us what exactly were in Ivanka's emails, I suggest they not get ahead of themselves.

I speak with purpose. You're obviously smart enough to understand the distinction, of "generally," and saw it from the outset. Kudos. It's unfortunate some others aren't savvy enough to do the same.
