I have not the foggiest. I rolled in the door when it was on the slab cut and ready to eat.....
We did a homemade pizza in the cast iron skillet a few months ago. It was pretty good especially with the thicker crust along the bottom. I suppose it wouldn't take much to make it a bit thicker and lower the cooking temp.
Ribs for me. Macaroni, tomatoes, and hotdogs (or, as I like to call it, **** in a pot) for the wife and kids. Seriously, anyone else eat that crap?
