All I can say is I was at work before you Steve.

Then I stopped at South County Guns and the big sign on the window said 9 - 7 so I drove away. I didn't get out of the parking lot when the radio said it was 9. So, I turned around and parked in front. The lights came on at about 9:05 so I got out of the car got out my walker and went to the door.

While standing there reading all of the notices I saw that Snap has not been there lately (no masks) and finally a poster 8.5 x 11 with their hours 10- .

Then I drove to Blythes to meet B&G Murphy they were not open.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man more disgruntled than he was.

Sorry I missed you Tom. I didn't know it at the time, but I saw you pull up as I pulled around back. You didn't waste any time, and were gone before I got in the building. Tell me what the new shiny is, that you're in such a hurry to get at SC or Blyths. It must be something Goooooood.

Just browse and say hi. Maybe make a small purchase for taking up their time.

I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go?

3rd shift gets a pass on morning salutations, but you did step up!

    Larry, I'm green with envy.

Now, having addressed you all appropriately, I will say that I'm going to win this thread, at least for today. I'm scheduled to become a First-Time Grandpa today! My DIL is about a week overdue, so they scheduled her to induce labor today. Actually, they were scheduled ON-CALL yesterday, and they got the call at midnight last night, and I havn't heard anything yet today. How does that even work, a midnight call to come in and induce labor? :dunno:. Must be a C-Virus adjustment - less traffic in the wee hours. Anyhow, we're really excited. Might be a while before we get to meet the grandchild. They're only in Grand Rapids, but I'm hearing two weeks.

    .
Congratulations Grandpa. Be proud and show it. Need to catch up to me with five grand kids. Rule number one when watching the grand kid(s) fill up with SUGAR and send home. Holidays and birthdays you have to find a lot of presents with a gizzilion pieces and make the most noise (if batteries are needed make sure to include at least a years supply) to help the parents out. :gotpics:

Do those places give out free samples of ammo for your visit?

I do try to buy something when I waste their space, but it got crowded at Blythes so I had to leave to make room for someone waiting outside.

There were a few wearing masks.

No masks or hoodies allowed, followed by something like, we will not risk the safety of our workers.
Not in the market for anything now anyway. I've always been a good customer of Greg's and I do all my transfers there, but I will have to wait until that sign is down. I will not risk the safety of my family. He has his rules, I have mine.

Hum.. I dont think we will remove his sign as that's a standard "pro 2a" sign. You cant wear a mask forever to every plan you go pinkdragon. Well you could, if you want to, but it not needed (for you). You dont have the cvirus so it's not like you are giving it off to others.

In any case let me just be quiet. I finally got some good sleep a few hours ago and feel so much better now.

I will wear a mask for as long as I feel it is necessary, and I get to decide that.

If we send you to the Chaz zone you dont get that option. :p
Have you read that thread and the crazy going on in Seattle.
Maybe when the big one hits it just takes the entire west coast. Some nice places in northern cali will be missed up OMG the level of wtf going on over there is insane.

Next topic anyone find some 9mm bulk at a somewhat reasonable price.

If you wear the correct mask it will do a very good job of protecting the person wearing it.

Nobody in my family goes out without N95 masks, sanitizer and a can of Lysol. 3 of us are immunocompromised. Masks until there is a viable treatment and/or vaccine.
