So what I'd call the "divergent" theory I think could apply here. The dude should just keep talking. The more he talks, the fewer competent people will follow him, because it's just gonna be too much to take. So eventually only the clowns will be left that support him; it should be a self-healing process.

But if he seriously wants to make a go of this he should spend more time with them on gun safety. Not that I buy his story about how the people were injured, but if his group really is populated with a lot of people have that much trouble with unreliable firearms, maybe he should start a gofundme to replace the firearms. Maybe he could also brief them on how not to pass out on a hot day while standing in formation.

Possibly. But I know when I run my iphone in selfie mode it does indeed mirror the video. Just double checked it to make sure I wasnt a liar.

EDIT: And the fact it was oriented vertically leads me to believe that its a phone and not a webcam.

Just let the guy keep talking, and the more he talks, the less people will trust him, because the more he will reveal about himself and his knowledge of firearms. And the people who will tend to lose faith in him will be the more competent members. So then when only those who are less knowledgeable than him are left. Well, let's say the group sort of wanes through attrition.

And I'm the first to admit- I don’t know a whole lot about a lot of weapons, but what is a XR15? Never heard of it.
I’ve shot quite a few different guns, from small pistols, to shotguns, to several different full auto weapons. None have even come close to “knocking me the f*** down”!
Oh yeah, prayers go out to the people who are “blowing their heads off” “EVERY DAY” in training accidents. why do those never make the news?

It might be a XR-15, its a Sabre Defence AR. Looks like a 20" barrel, removable carry handle, no bayonet lug. I couldn't tell if the rifle in the video had a lug or not.

When that dude brought that firearm into the camera view, and then called it a bull pup, and then said it was called that because it'll knock you down, it made everything else he said framed within the viewpoint of a moron. It only went downhill from there.
