My wife and I just got back from New Orleans you couldn’t walk half a block in the French Quarter without smelling a joint going. I never saw that before.

It’s the new way.
I grew up in the age of Aquarius so all of that was just getting a solid foothold.
Played bass in a few bands and was on the “scene” so yeah we danced with it in the day. Never at work.
Not for years. Even stopped consuming adult beverages years ago.
Some things you just need to let go of.
Especially when your living/driving depends on you being clean and sober.

The last 10 years in the trades our biggest hurdle to hiring help was no DUI’s and pass a drug test. It’s staggering how many can not pass and have a clean record.

Yep. I see it all the time in GR and KZoo. Toke up then hit the road. The pot shops are a HUGE money maker. Some small villages have three or four of them.

I quit soda cold turkey two years ago. Not sure it’s done anything for me but I’m sure it hasn’t hurt.

I agree with the OP, I smell it everywhere. Some places are worse than others. I smoked pot back in the day as a young man, but stopped when I turned 25. Don't see the point any more. I don't have a problem with MJ, to me it's like alcohol, but like with alcohol, some people take it too far.

That's worse than smelling it burning IMO. People are stupid if they think they don't carry that stank with them everywhere they go...

I have never been a come/Pepsi drinker as an adult. RC cola as a kid. That’s what was in the fridge. Once in a while a coke but never hooked on it like soooo many I know. I prefer a cold sprite over ice with popcorn or in a stupid hot muggy day.
That’s it. Gator aide or body armor is my drink outside water.

For over 4 months, down to drinking only water, coffee or an OJ now and then.
I'm guessing I won't win "Life-O-The-Party" 2022.
