It doesn't matter what you think of President Trump, this whole thing is a scam and every investigation has been a scam since the first slander ever spoken.

I fully believe that EVERY politician demanding these investigations is guilty of enough crime to deserve life imprisonment if not hanging by a federal executioner. They are living in fear of their deeds being exposed.

“The news that President Joe Biden’s Justice Department might soon indict and arrest former President Donald Trump over the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol should terrify all Americans, regardless of their political beliefs.”

“Put bluntly, if Biden’s DOJ arrests Trump, the president’s main political rival heading into the 2024 election, it will trigger a political and electoral crisis unlike any America has ever faced. It’s not too much to say that such a move would not only imperil the upcoming presidential election but the republic itself. Jailing political rivals is what happens in tinpot dictatorships like Nicaragua, where President Daniel Ortega’s political rivals often find themselves arrested and imprisoned on charges of treason.”

Trial date set for Docs case

Former President Trump will now stand trial in May of next year on charges he mishandled classified material, according to a court filing Friday.

Judge Aileen Cannon scheduled the trial for May 20, a compromise date later than prosecutors had sought but sooner than the indefinite delay requested by Trump.

A “Superseding Indictment” has been filed in the Trump documents case.

Multiple new charges, another defendant, and additional details are included in this latest filing.
If Trump has committed actual crimes that the Biden DoJ would investigate as vigorously as they're investigating Trump, then okay. But the only vigorous investigations seem to be against their political rivals. Justice is important, and Trump should see justice according to his guilt or innocence, but not if it is politically motivated, especially by the same org that pushed the faked Trump dossier to justify FISA warrants to spy on Trump during a campaign.

What would sell their sincerity for blind justice would be if we see them vigorously investigating the people on their own side. There is plenty of smoke around the Bidens. Why did they try to hide the deal to give Hunter Biden perpetual immunity from prosecution? Go after the Biden's with the same ferocity as they're going after political opponents, and I'll have a better reason to believe they're just seeking justice. Probably should go after Clinton's too.

And they wonder why so many on the Republican side don't have faith in the justice system and question political motivation.
I think they think it's the right being tinfoil hat. And they're incurious about why it's always Republicans that are the bad guys, because hollywood always makes them the bad guys. And I get it. Republicans tell lazy Democrats to clean up, and get a real job. Republicans are too much like their Dads preaching responsibility. That's no fun.

See the difference between Republicans and the Democrats along with the MSM is one of the lack of pursuit of equal justice and scrutiny regardless of party on their part. If there was then the Republicans wouldn't have an argument.

You guys sound just like the leftists in this article…

“Justice Alito is absolutely correct: “‘Congress did not create the Supreme Court’—the Constitution did. ‘I know this is a controversial view, but I’m willing to say it,’ he says. ‘No provision in the Constitution gives them the authority to regulate the Supreme Court—period.’”

The executive branch, a co-equal branch to SCOTUS, has similar independence from the courts and legislative that the courts have from the executive and legislative…
