Grandpa getting LTCH or Florida ccw

It sounds like Florida is treating his home down there as a vacation home and not his permanent residence. Hence the Indiana address on his Florida DL. That being said, he needs to apply for the Indiana LTCH or both and open a bunch of new states where he can carry in that don't accept our...

      Boyfriend OCing at Wal Mart

Actually Walmart's corporate policy is to now mirror state law the store resides in. But not all managers know corporate policy. If confronted by store managers and ask to leave, then get manager's name and leave. Then contact corporate lay the full story out to them, most times corporate...

Any one else get "made" at thanksgiving dinner?

Getting made at a family dinner - not too worried about, both my and I carry, my mother-in-law carries, father-in-law pro gun, sister-in-law and her hubby both pro gun, now you wondering about my family they are about 3500miles away in Canada, so not too many family get-togethers on that front.

will you show people your carry gun

My wife says I have the same problem. Seriously, Nobody gets to hold my sidearm, not even my wife, who holds an LTCH, herself. But then again I don't handle her sidearm either. I feel our everyday carry sidearms are a personal item, just like our toothbrushes. I guess I'm just weird.

      unwanted person in your home?

I'd pick option3, but like so many posters it is a difficult call. If I am outside, I'm calling the police to handle it - too many unknowns. If I wake up and the perp is leaving with my stuff - call the police and make a report and hope they get the perp (just can't justify shooting someone in...

      Traffic stops?

Not likely, I have not committed any infractions be sitting in the passenger seat of said car, I, therefore, will not have any interaction with said LEO. Just my :twocents:

Needing opinions on a 19 year old son carrying

As long the young adult is mentally mature (in the parents eyes) and can meet the state guidelines for their LTCH then why not let them carry when my daughter turn 18 and if she wishes to carry, then I have a pink Mosquito waiting for her. She already knows its hers and has fired it on a...
