Good Place Around Indy to get 9mm ammo?

Pop Guns on the SE side apparently has plenty. At least they did a couple of weeks ago. I assume they need a good stock for their range clientele. By normal standards, the price was a little high, but considering the current "crisis" it was very reasonable at around $18/50rnd box of FMJ.

Greenwood man sentenced to prison for firearms dealing

Sadly, We have not been a nation of men for a long time.

      Indiana Rights

MTC, It does appear to be an infringement to me as well. Unfortunately, the founding fathers felt that the second amendment right would be obvious to all and that it needed no further clarification. If only they had left off the part about for the purpose of forming a well regulated militia...

      Indiana Rights

Kirk, To my knowledge, the person that said you can OC without a permit was not ATFE. It was just someone that I met years ago, that I did not know well, so I can't find out the source of their information. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't spreading misinformation. If I rember...

      Indiana Rights

Thank you kindly, I appreciate all of your responses, and did not mean to incite any discontent. I do presently carry an Indiana LTCH with a lifetime certificate. I just wanted to understand the legal ramifications. I will explore the referenced threads to expand my understanding. Again...

      Indiana Rights

More to the point, I am interested in reading the thoughts of others on the constitutionality of the Indiana LTCH permit. If there is a thread disscussing this topic, I would be obliged if others could direct me there.

      Indiana Rights

Hi rsklar, Sorry for not being clear. Am I allowed to carry, concealed or open, outside of my place of residence and/or business? The reason I ask is because I have been told that open carry is allowed without a LTCH. Thanks, Barackalypse

      Indiana Rights

Hello, Sorry for being ignorant. I did a search but didn't find what I was looking for. If I don't have a LTCH in Indiana, what are my rights? Could someone point me to the relevant thread? Thanks, Barackalypse

      Rugar GP100 vs. SP101

Thanks, printcraft, XtremeVel. Those were my thoughts, exactly. I want a common, cheap round and a pistol that can take the most variety, with the most stopping power. Now if I can just find one. I wish I had gotten one a few months ago, when I was originally thinking about it.

      Rugar GP100 vs. SP101

Hi printcraft, I saw the .327 mag with a 7 round cap. and was interested. But, again, it was impossible to find. How does the .327 mag compare to the .357 mag for stopping power?

      Rugar GP100 vs. SP101

XtremeVel, Thanks. I had not heard of the security six (I'm a bit of a newb). It looks awesome. But it wasn't made after 1988. Will it really take 9mm rugar? Will anyone part with theirs?

      Rugar GP100 vs. SP101

mbaza3, Thanks for the reply. I am mainly interested in home defense, so I'm leaning towards the GP100 4", but it would be nice to have the option for CC, minus the additional round. Due to the buying frenzy right now, I haven't been able to find either in stock anywhere. Are there any sites...

      Rugar GP100 vs. SP101

Which is the better choice? I know the .357 mag will take .38 spl, but will it take other ammo as well?

DHS Purchases 21.6 Million More Rounds of Ammunition

US Patriot, I understand the "Train as you fight, fight as you train.", but is there a significant difference between the performance of FMJ and HP ammunition to justify the huge cost difference? Even you state that your training was done using FMJ. But I do tend to agree with your numbers...

DHS Purchases 21.6 Million More Rounds of Ammunition

Maybe this is just a plan to pay down the deficit. If they buy all the ammo at government wholesale prices and then sell it back to private citizens for a huge markup, then maybe they can fund that trillion dollar yearly deficit. But even 100% profit on 1.4 billion rounds it doesn't come close...
