      I've got a Ruger SR9 it works well for me and I am a lefty also. Be careful of any pistol you get that isn't ambidextrous with the mag release. I had a Tarus PT908 that I was told the mag release could be flipped over, wrong, when I got a firm grip on the pistol my mag would let loose...
