      Primer shortage

I don’t see the primers coming back any time soon....because when they do, all of us hard core reloaders will buy them up again to keep from this issue happening again.

      Polymer Coated bullets

this is exactly what I do. I shoot Blue Bullets that are sized a little small at .355 for my 9mm, but they are plenty accurate enough for my games. Don’t use those bullets if they are sized .355 for a .357 magnum load. It won’t be good as it may lead The barrel pretty bad.

      9/38

I think you are better off trading them. The oal will hender good results, and may create a dangerously small space inside the casing for powder. Don’t compress any fast powders either with this bullet, because it may go boom.

      Recommend a red dot

I own 2 deltapoint pros, 1 trijicon SRO, 1-2 Vortex, and a C-more. The Leupold Deltapoint pro’s get my vote all the way. Their 2.5 MOA dot is small, but can be turned up super bright for daytime activity. I use them in competition on slide mounted guns, and haven’t had a DPO poop on me yet. They...

      Question for the rimfire folks

I have an early generation Savage Mark 2 with a heavy fluted barrel and a green synthetic stock. It shoots amazingly well for the price, and it’s really light. I tried about 10 different kinds of ammo, and with a 20 power scope shot a ragged hole at 100 yards. Less than a dime size.

What was the first horror movie that really got to you?

The ghost in the darkness. It’s an old movie, but it is based on a true story about some man eating lions in Africa. The lions are actually mounted in a museum somewhere in the U.S. Not the best movie to watch at a friends house at 2 in the morning after he has dozed off. Lol I had to sleep...

      Red dot for Hellcat?

I believe Sig had an optic that fit? Maybe called the Romeo Zero? Could be wrong on that one.

      Alloy Frame Sig P320 Anyone?

I feel like the polymer would absorb the recoil better than the alloy frame. I have 3 p320’s and a few 2011 race guns. The steel frame grip on my race gun makes the gun not as enjoyable to shoot. I would say for recreational use, the idea of a allow framed p320 is cool, but if you are someone...

      22lr automatic opinions?

don’t overlook the Ruger mark 4. It is a fantastic shooter, and 100 million times easier to take apart over previous Mark series guns.

Hodgdon Powder Co buying Accurate, Ramshot, and Blackhorn 209 brands

I am a big ramshot Silhouette fan for my high pressure .40 loads, as well as my 9mm major stuff. Hopefully everything stays the same as my load data notebooks are getting full lol

Hoosier 124gr Coated RN Ruger PC 9mm

I have found that the longer barrels favor 124gr bullets a little better. This is strictly my own research, but I have had good luck with Alliant sport pistol at 4.0-4.2 gr with a 124gr blue bullet at .356 diameter. If we are talking about fmj’s or metal shrouded projectiles, MoNtana gold or...

      The "Sig"ness- vol 1.

Beautiful gun! I just picked up a Sig 320 compact, and I would like to deck it out like yours.

Handgun for the truck or car

I carry a G48 in my truck and a Glock 19 in my SUV. Both are good guns to carry, and can be beat around.

New to the carry optics game...

I got into dots from shooting Uspsa open division with a 9mm Major race gun and a Leopoldo deltapoint pro. I now shoot 2 Sig p320 X5 legions with DPP’s. It is something that takes getting used to, and it isn’t natural at first. You have to dry fire or index the gun from the draw position many...

      RANGE FINDERS

I use a Nikon Acculon and I have no reason to spend more on anything else. Mine works fantastic for the last 3 years.
