The biggest problem with this article is that it states that 91% of households with guns in them want background checks. Somehow, someway the anti's will twist this article and say "See???? Even gun owners want gun bans!!!"
Here's the key phrase in this conversation:
I have two problems with this phrase. First off I don't believe that anyone's rights should be infringed upon because another party doesn't see the need. There are many other rights people in the country possess that I don't see the need for, but...

I know the owner personally. You won't find a better person to deal with. If he doesn't already have a holster designed that you like, he'll make one. I have a Thunder Pro 9 as well that he could use to make a template if need be. He's located in the...
To the OP, you might also take a trip up to Granger Guns. Steve, the owner, won't give you a hug when you walk in the door or chat you up about previous purchases. I've affectionately nicknamed him Grumpy :D He doesn't like to chat, but what he will do is give you a good deal with prompt...
I guess it depends on the definition of panic buying. I didn't buy anything I didn't need for well above market value. I did buy a high cap pistol that I had been thinking about for 8 months or so, and I got a good deal on it. I'd call it a prudent purchase rather than panic buying.
I completely agree with you. In the past few weeks I've bought 2 handguns, some .30-06 brass, and some powder and primers. I didn't overpay for any of it. It's a pretty simple formula really. If it's a deal, you buy it. If you think the price is inflated, then don't buy it. Nobody gets...
I can't say I'm surprised. Bloomberg wanted to limit what size soft drinks people can buy! This is just the next step in attempting total control of our lives. Time to re-read 1984...
Nope. People are creatures of habit and not given to change their mind on most subjects. If they've shot 9mm in the past, they will in the future. Magazine capacity is usually only one item in a longer list of reasons why a person prefers 9 vs 45. I am a 9mm man myself. If magazines are...
I had a mosquito. Key word is had. I don't think I ran 100 rounds through it before I sold it. That being said it is a great gun if you like to practice tactical jam clearing. I've never shot a P-22, so I can't say anything one way or the other about it. It can't hardly be worse than the...
It depends on the gun. Some rear sights have a set screw on the right side of the rear sight, others don't. Just depends on when it was made. If it doesn't have a set screw then you have to drive it out with a sight punch or a wooden dowel rod. Either way, they aren't too bad to do.
A lot of people complain about winter, but I love it! It gives me a chance to catch up on my reloading, as well as my other indoor hobbies. Bad weather doesn't mean there aren't things to be done!
