Well, my cheapo Stevens 301, 410 did it again this morning with
#9 TSS. 33 yards, & he never moved.
That's 4 years running, from 30 to 40 yards a very affective load

Gun is light to carry, simple to use
I talked to the DNR bug lady a couple years ago, she said dogs & cats can get ticks 12 months a year. The ticks live on mice & voles under the snow, dog sticks his nose in mouse nest , Wala, tick on his nose.
I have personally removed ticks from dogs 10 months a year. the Britt is now living...
I'll agree with Mgderf, I got a Henry smooth bore for chipmunks around the house. The more I carry it, the more it feels like it wants a brother .

I was just introduced to Metal Madness last week while visiting their home range in KY. They shoot 22 rimfire at steel,& looks to be a great time. I understand they are soon to open a range in Warren IN.
