      It would seem American Eagle has started making the 5.7x28 round. Its still pricey ( Gun Broker) but perhaps the price will start to drop now that there is at least another manufacturer.

      PS90 sbr

      I sbr'ed mine but it was a year or so ago and I did use a cmmg barrel. I would definatly use sp3worker for the engraving. He did an unbelievable job.

      lack of lead

      I could possibly check at work to see if we sell to the public. The size of the purchase may be a problem though. A bundle of pigs (ingots) weighs around 2100 lbs and a block around 1900 lbs. What type of alloy were you thinking of ?

      That would be great. I hadnt considered the springfield but that is a pretty sharp looking weapon. I will have to check them out.

      I recently became a fanboy of the 1911 and am now wanting to get a "compact" or "ultra" ....basically a 3-4 inch barrel version. I am located in the Lafayette area and was wanting to try one out before buying. I would gladly pay for the range time and ammo at applied ballistics or linden...
