      I go back and forth. I'll quit for awhile....sometimes years and then go back to smoking for years. I like smoking. One day I won't want to anymore. :twocents:

      I love going to the range with Hubby. I have to admit at first I was very nervous about going. I didn't shoot much just watched Hubby. I think it was the 3rd or 4th time and then I had my own lane :): Glad you guys had a good time!

      It was a fun night! The kids were starting school soon and we both had the night off (doesn't happen very often). That's the most I've shot a weapon. I was sweating and my hand was sore after. Ha-Ha!

      If it was me...I would take it back. You pay good money for guns (well some don't) so I would want it back after everything has been checked and I'm good to go on my way. I have no problem with an officer taking my gun for safety reasons. All the recent stories on the news about officer getting...

      You would be shocked if you knew how many dispatch centers get calls like this. It's a daily thing. We get a least 2 to 4 calls a night about someone carrying a gun. People don't understand gun laws at all.

      I am also a 911 Dispatcher. We have many jobs in dispatch, our biggest one is keeping the officers on the road safe. Any information we can give them about the person or previous runs to the address is for their safety. Hazard files are different, they go off an address, so if there have been...
