      Looking forward to this class. We train with our firearm in order to protect ourselves and others, but give little thought about what else we might need to do to render aid. First aid skills, like firearms skills, go stale without periodic review and practice.

      Not much to add. ACT always provides great material and drills in a safe manner. This was my second time taking this class. I had changed my carry setup/gear based upon the first class, and found out I still need to refine. Better to learn that in a class than somewhere else.

      Emergency Food Ration Bars

      I would also recommend the Millennium bars. Good taste and long shelf life. I carry a few of them in my EDC bag, in each car, etc. I wish they had more protein and fewer carbs; but, if I really need them, that will be the least of my worries.
