      Just cut the cable, went to internet only! Anyone else been there done that?

      Got rid of cable over 15 years ago. I read a lot more and get news from radio and internet. We watch an occasional dvd or Netflix movie. I like the peace and quiet.

      Ruger Scout Rifle -- Finding Some Good Loads

      Enjoyed the read. I got a LH version last summer. I've only had a chance to get it out to the range once. It is my first rifle. Even though it is not a tack driver it's ok! (Obviously I'm not either) I'll use factory ammo and its nice to know it's not picky.

      I have carried a G36 for several years. Earlier model had some problems but I've had none with mine. Love it.

      Light bulb change

      If it has not changed, 100Watt incandescent bulbs are phased out Jan. 1 2012. Other wattages are phased out later. CFL and LED will have to replace them. Why? They were supposed to use less energy (CFL) and last up to 10 years. Turns out they do not last 10 years and are not the energy savers...
