I'm just under 2000 miles away on my way back from Alaska... I should be in the Camp Site Saturday Night. Very Much looking forward to it! -RJP

      The Open Carry Argument

It is funny to me that this thread still goes on.... I don't keep up with it. Has anyone who once thought OC Activism was a good idea actually admitted that it is foolish and a fail for The RKBA Movement? I like to think so. -RJP

Possibly... I am probably going to do some shooting on horseback in July. I'll try to work it in.

Glad you guys enjoyed the article and that it got some conversation going. Thinking about what gun you carry and why is the most important thing. -RJP

Kirk, I think deep down, you've figured out what I meant and we actually agree. It might be hard to swallow, but your recent posts have convinced me that you realize you jumped the proverbial gun. **** I think it undermines actual respect for real guns to tell able minded people to treat a...

So, Kids who play airsoft, paintball, cops& robbers, etc are just wrong… that's your position? Cool. I find it untenable in the real world.. it is okay that we disagree. Or, maybe it is okay… as long as you do it properly and in the right context? Yeah, I like that answer better. I guess you...

So, you think that everyone doing Force-on-Force Training, Playing Paintball or Airsoft and/or pointing a finger gun at someone is inherently wrong and detracting from the safety of the public at large? If so, you are exactly the person I was writing about. If, you don't think those things...

Kirk, you should re-read the article slowly. If you have any questions after the second (or maybe third…?) time through, let me know. Thanks for checking it out, though. **** And, Cedartop,Thanks much for sharing! -RJP

      Rob Pincus - Administrative Reload

Cedar, It's just wasted movement that is incongruent with the proper operation of the gun. Why bother? Run the gun right and use techniques that are consistent with the things you might need to do when you are using the gun for defense. -Rob

      Rob Pincus - Administrative Reload

Esrice, Seriously.... Are you trying to spread good info or sowing seeds of discontent with the traditionalists?? ;-) How long before someone references my "Bad Habits" article from 2007... It included my disdain for press checks and has proven to have been pretty prescient in regard to...
