      Nerdy holster question....

      The people designing costumes for the original trilogy took tons of inspiration from military and western history. I'd be willing to bet it was something designed around a stock mauser broomhandle holster, and a western design/drop leg leather rig.

      So happy to find this thread. Think about the tools used with vintage pans; you're not going to have light use and wear and tear from silicone cooking accessories lol. These are seasoned, and worn and the best imho. Lodge makes a great product, but don't count on their "pre seasoned" cast...

      Aint that the truth though! I golf around the area as well, and you see some pretty ancient looking reptiles crawling out of those ponds when the water levels start to fall.

      Trapping turtles is much easier than actively fishing for them. Unless you know a spot is hot with them, it's much easier to set and forget. Be careful about area regulations, and species; but it's my understanding that with a small game/ OR fishing license you're able to collect UP TO 2 of each...
