I am going to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter and her family in Northern Illinois. It is my understanding that I can carry while driving, however, must leave the firearm in the vehicle if I exit it for any reason. Am I correct in my thinking?
Does that bring back good memories. Haven't had a fried bologna sandwich in ages, but I think I'm going to go out today and get a few thick slices. It's great just with catsup. I really loved them.
If it is on a Sunday in December, I should be able to make it. I would suggest that it not be too close to Christmas. Another option might be to put it off until after the holidays.
So sorry to hear of your loss. I have one who looks like his twin brother and was also a rescue dog. I have often said, the one problem with being human is that we outlive our pets. I know, in my case, it has been gut wrenching to have to put a loved pet down. On the positive side, I'm sure...
I had stopped by the Michigan City Menard's and all they had on the shelf was 2 labeled @ $14.95. They had large Zombie labels on them. Needless to say, at that price it was no "deal".
Very sorry to hear about your loss, Jedi. I have often said that one problem with being human is that we outlive our pets. Losing a loving pet is terrible and gut wrenching. May you meet again in heaven.
