Jared Hudson owns and operates the shooting institute of Alabama. Bud Litch owns and operates the shooting institute of Indiana. They used to do some classes together but I believe they are seperate companys now.
Try Pk arms and tactical in the Franklin area. They have a sot and a range. Not a public range but if you buy a can from them you can have visitation until stamp arrives. 317-446-5792
The Silencerco omega 300 is a great 762 can. I use one on my mcx .I have it in 300 bo but have the 556 conversion kit. If you want the 556 a little quieter pickup a 556 endcap. It will knock it down a couple of decibels.
Great bullet with 19.0 gr of h110. Sitting in stand last fall. Buck I wanted didn't show up but nailed coyote at 105 yards clean kill. Skinned him , bullet expanded perfectly.
The only one I own is the 44. Love it and it' a great shooter. If you own a revolver in one of the 3 calibers that's what I would go with. You can take both to the range and use the same ammo.

I am considering converting my sig virtus pistol into a sbr. I know I have to file the atf form 1. My question is about engraving, I have heard that if you do not intend to sale you do not have to engrave. Is this true or false? Thanks

OK thanks for the advice. I made a decision, I got to handle a new sig mcx virtus 300 blackout pistol. It was game over, really impressed. I not only brought it home but purchased a .30 cal omega can at same time. Now the wait is on for the omega. I may sbr something in the future but the...
