      Funny you say that, I had original had a spot for ".22 LR: Ruger 10/22. Marlin Mod. 60 or other 22 platform". I felt there really is no wrong answer just preference for what one would grab...       1/8th sheet steel, weld on the angles If I had a metal break I could of bent the feet rather then cut and fab them up Unfortunately I didn't have a brake on hand, so I just cut and welded the feet on the sides, it took less then five mins to make & weld them so no real loss overall.
