      Arizona citizens don't directly introduce legislation, either. But, they (we, I still consider myself an Arizonan at heart) have a powerful gun rights organization that has a lot of influence in the state house: AZCDL, the Arizona Citizen's Defense League.

      See, I would look at these as opportunities to teach some firearms safety. If you do it in a respectful, non-condescending manner, you may very well turn a dangerous, careless gun owner into a safety-conscious one.

      I still don't see anything that SHOULD be illegal. Not legal to own police batons in Mass? They're STICKS, for Pete's sake. And just because something is called a "grenade" doesn't make it "explosive". Again, maybe it's illegal, but why? It's not explosive: it doesn't send shards of hot metal...
