I'm thinking it could be bullet drop. Gravity still has an effect on those bullets even with how fast they are moving. Not to worry though, most self defense situations occur at 3-5 yards anyway.
I have both. Glock 23 and Kahr cw9. Both great pistols but I wouldn't even put them in the same category. The Glock is easier to shoot accurately but with practice the Kahr will do almost as well. The Kahr is much easier to carry. I never had any failures with my Kahr during the "break in"...
Crossbreed supertuck for a holster, maybe add some night sights. Other than that, glocks are good to go out of the box. The 23 is a great pistol, Im sure the 27 is too.
