Hey everyone,
This is a shot in the dark, but I'm getting desperate. I missed out on the spring season statewide firearm turkey hunt this year. I have been itching to get out and bag a turkey. The problem is my usual turkey hunting ground is in Newton County, which only allows bow hunting...
Sorry for the newb question, but this is my first build. Here's my question. I plan on purchasing this barrel
20" 1:7 or 1:8 twist chrome lined government profile barrel with standard height front sight base.
According to the description, it already has the barrel nut attached. From what I...
That certainly seems intriguing, but I've never heard a single good thing about I.O. So that makes me a little hesitant. Not to mention, the barrel is not chrome lined.
Just to clarify, I am looking for an A1 style barrel but with a 1:7 twist. Sorry for the confusion. And SSGSAD, I am referring to an M16A1 clone in semi. As cool as that would be to have the original full auto, I'd rather stay out of prison. :P
So I was going to go with the 20" 1/7 twist A1 retro barrel from Brownell's, but it turns out they have none in stock or for backorder and the rep said there's no word on when they will get them back. I did see this completed A1 that I liked; M16A1 Retro Rifle Semi-Auto : Semi Auto Rifles at...
Is the Brownells one a complete upper minus the barrel, or would I need to also purchase an upper parts kit? Sorry, I'm new to the whole process. Gotta start somewhere. Thanks!
Hey guys,

Looking to buy a Mosin Nagant 91/30 rifle. Want it to be in good condition. Matching numbers and Tula hex receiver is a plus. If you have ammo for it, would be interested in dealing for it as well. PM me if you have one you are looking to sell, or if you know of someone who does. Thanks
Competition, hunting, trap, skeet, speed trials. There are so many different outlets and facets. It's a matter of finding what you enjoy most. Gotta try different things.
