      Can I reload these?

If your processing range brass, I'd advise buying a couple more de-capping pins asap. You'll soon figure out why. For the record...we have reloaded Wolf 223 steel cases before and they performed fine. One time though! I wouldn't do this in my favorite die becase of the possibility of...

      Dillon Tomorrow?

Mike Dillon has got it together! I gurantee you he already is grooming his predecesser for the task. If Mike picks them, you can bet they will carry on his legacy. I just wish all companys held themselves to those standards! As the late Bob Marley would have said,"No worries Maan!" :)

      Looking for brass processing service

Jeff Bartlett at gibrass.com will provide that service for you except for the trimming. Very reasonable and a top notch guy, even if he is from Kentucky! Ha! Right across the river in Owensboro.

I'm new and your 50-post rule sucks! Please change it for my convenience.

frustrated I'm relatively new here. I want to be a productive part of the site. However, I got a PM from another member...I cant reply because I only have twelve posts-need 15! So I think well, brass is almost impossible to get right now, I'll postmine for sale..NOT! Need 50 posts(I think)...

Hi-Desertdog Products?? (Dedicated 22LR upper for AR)

I have some specific needs in a 22 upper. #1 It must attach to "my" NM lower.( I could build another with dedicated springs if necessary. #2 It needs to hold the bolt back when the mag is empty. #3. It needs to shoot where it is pointed. :-) #5 It needs to have a free-float tube, NM...

Good load for 223 Hornady 75gr BTHP

75 is gonna be too much for that barrel to stabilize well. Usually in a 1/9 the 69 grain SMK's shoot like a house on fire. Varget is a good choice as well as Re15. If you like Ball Pwders, try Western's TAC. The 223 is gonna want to be on the upper end of the powder scale, just watch for...

My Range Day with my AR....? 458 Socom.

Terry, Watch using lead bullets in that gun. It is gas operated. The lead in the gas system usually causes problems. Midway has bulk jacketed bullets that are getting very good reviews and are reasonable in cost. wind50cal

Help me justify a AR-15 to my wife

Looks to me that Rolo and Jay have the right idea going! Get the AR, have it Lauer-Coated it pink. Now take the wife to the range, Hearing protection, Beta-Mag, and about ten Tannerite Targets should seal the deal! OK! Now on the way home, make sure and stop by the gunshop to get "you" an AR as...

my new future 1000 yd toy

Sloughfoot, Congragulations on a fine choice of a Long Rage Rifle! The 260 is IMHO, the best cartridge out there overall. Try the Lapua 139 gr. Scenars in it and see what happens. The 28" barrel should get the velocity you need, 30" is ideal. Very nice rig. I am one of the range/safety...

      .223 bolt action rifles

The CMP offers a great small book on rifle marksmanship written by the "machines" aka AMU. It covers the basics of marksmanship and that is all what excellent shooting is about, the basics! Just executing them properly and consistantly. I HIGHLY recommend it. go to www.odcmp.org I think it is in...

      .223 bolt action rifles

May I suggest a Rock River Arms National Match AR-15 with a 1/8 or 1/7 twist barrel. Have the best of everything in one package. If you get it in the M4 flattop configuration, you can attach scope or use the irons. I'll shoot mine (WOA/Rock River)against a bolt gun anytime at any distance. Not...
