      Ammo Shortage Severity by State?

      Got last 3 bricks of Blazer .22 from archery store for $30. Funny thing is that he was high when he got them in (dust on the boxes), now seems to be fair asking price. None of the other LGS have "low-end" .22 or 9mm for that matter.

      Gen3 vs Gen4 Glock19

      I've read complaints about the rough texturing of the Gen 4s irritating the skin with CC. If I ever find a G19 I'd like to pick it up but regardless of how it shoots if I'm not comfortable carrying it I'm afraid I'd have to pass. Any insight from current Gen 3/4 owners carrying?

      Has anyone heard confirmation that there will be as much as a 15% increase in ammo prices starting in April? I've heard increase in April, decrease in October. Are these all just speculations? I'm still trying to catch the Federal 9mm 100 packs for $20 at Wally World but haven't seen them...

      I guess Indy would be nearly as close as Evansville for you but Strictly Shooting supposedly has rentals. They're on Stockwell behind Eastland Mall.

      While it wouldn't surprise me if it comes true, I hope they're wrong. I already hate feeling guilty throwing expensive lead downrange. We're heading to the 1500 next month but I'm glad I'm now going prepared to come home empty-handed. :(
