that's what i was figuring i was told by a friend it was a kit gun and i found a few that were similar i get some stuff to shoot it last weekend just waiting for the weather to cooperate
thanks for the help its not a cva it just resembled a percusion cap cva i have and i know it shoots.but i think ill get some balls and some paper patches play around with loads and see what i can do. i just wanna ring out a shot or 2 and say hey it shoots then put it in a case for viewing but...
i acquired a pistol from my grandpa its a muzzle loader also got a cva muzzle loader it looks almost like it except the bore is different i micd it at .545" i would really like to shoot it at least once or at least know how or know what the hell it is the only man that knew anything about it...

yes at 200 yds the furthest i have shot this i would hit a 6in steel 6 out of ten it was windy but damn neat shooting with subsonics you get a half second delay before it hits
i have a mini with a 1" kreiger barrel i have a lot of money into this gun but when i got about 10 years ago i lliked it as much as i do now only difference is now i can drive pins at 100yds then it wasnt so accurate

i just started casting my own bullets and have been reloading for about a year now and have a few questions on loading my casted 405g .457 bullets. i have about 100lbs of lead from a friendly plumber i believe this lead is soft but dont know for sure.
