Hey guys, I'm glad you liked the article. Having spent the first 22 years of my life in Indiana, I used to spend a lot of time here on INGO. Sadly, I don't drop by as often as I used to.

Admittedly, my own article. However, here are some details on the threats faced by AR and AK pistols: ATF Proposal may Pose Real Danger for AR and AK Pistols |
A few weeks ago, I published an article about Rugged Suppressors' entry into the market and the significance of Henry Graham getting back into the business. Shortly after, the company reached out to me asking to use my piece as an official company press release. Henry also proposed a Q&A section...
Last year I picked this guy up along with the PA absolute cowitness mount. I have enjoyed the pair so far as they have given me usable optics after dropping some serious coin on the SR-15 upper.

I would also consider the Griffin Armament Revolution 9 if you like the features of the SilencerCo Octane and 3-lug compatibility is important to you. It is far and away the most versatile pistol suppressor while sharing many of the features of the Octane...
It's been a few years since I left IN, but OH has a very strong state level gun rights group in Buckey Firearms Assn. They pushed much of this very well. One thing they did was host a suppressor shoot with state legislators. Not sure how much it really swayed politicians, but it certainly did...
Not to pile on, but honestly at this point if you ever have issues with the can, just send it off to someone like Stalking Rhino or another reputable 02/07.
Based on what I have seen from the study so far, I summarized my thoughts:
Addressing the Johns Hopkins Gun Study | Modern Rifleman

I hope you are right that the website will begin to perform better. I would not hold my breath on it though. It seems like the whole thing is so screwy that they have to bring it down frequently for maintenance.
Maybe now they can get working on streamlining approvals. It has been extremely...
I think I saw Tim mention somewhere that the baffles have been changed some with the new suppressors. Is this true? Are we essentially looking at a lighter Kestrel 556 or will there be performance improvements as well?
Obviously this is not a new pistol by any means. However, it is my favorite.
Modern Rifleman | Heckler & Koch USP Review (9mm)
Those who follow Modern Rifleman will recall that prior to becoming an established firearms enthusiast I was a considerable fan of the realism that airsoft offered...
I really hope this holds after an en banc challenge. I summarized my thoughts below for anyone interested. Basically, this means four things: some form of carry must be legally accessible, the 2A is not a second class right, the 2A cannot be restricted through interest balancing (public safety...
I too was surprised to see that. Like any gun, I researched this one obsessively before buying. Unlike other TNW Suomis I have seen my gun has a single recoil spring, is hammer fired, and has the shroud that lacks the compensator. My rifle is in the 5XXX serial range, so it seems that TNW has...
Thanks for the heads up! I will continue to work with it. Honestly, at the range this gun is expected to be effective to the trigger is a pretty minor issue. That said, they are surprisingly accurate and to have any feature detract from that is a little unfortunate.
