      Uncle Rudy's Indoor Range in Evansville closing permanently 12-31-22

      I stopped into Lawman yesterday. Seems like the range isn't open yet but the gun store, gym and restaurant are open. I talked to the owner and he said he hopes to have everything open by January. Debating on a membership now.

      Got my Crossbreed, initial thoughts

      Have had my crossbreed for 4 years and it is well broken in now. I set it on the kydex side so it will keep its shape when I'm not wearing it.

      I have had my crossbreed for 4 years with zero issues. Very comfortable after it forms to you. A smart friend once told me "You can by 4 $20 holsters or you can buy one $80 holster.

      Top Gun in Terre Haute

      Went in there yesterday. Was impressed with price, selection and service once again. I thought I overherad them talking about an indoor range behind the strip mall. One of the owners was definitely talking about an indoor range with another customer but I may be wrong on location. Bought my AR...

      Ruger LCR

      I have a LCR in .38 wear it daily in a galco ankle lite and it's very comfortable. Also have a pocket holster for shorts weather. I've fired about 200 rounds through it without any issues.

      Get out of .40?

      I also have a 40 XD SC but has been relegated to the safe in favor of the LCR in warmer weather. I can't speak from years of shooting but I started out in 40 and am just stupid and stubborn enough to stay put.

      Please, No more pictures of Home Ranges...

      I've been waiting for a month to close on my first house on 3 acres in the country to cure my own case. Hopefully within the next couple weeks. Planning on building a small range. I'll be sure to post pictures when I do to inspire hope for all of us sufferers.
