      I think that's quite different. An office seeing someone going 85 in a 35 knows without a stop that a law has been broken. Seeing someone carrying alone still does not indicate that.

      I think we could see it, and I could see Scalia writing the opinion. Driving on public roads is not a write codified in the constitution, and keeping and BEARING arms are. Bearing is not definitive on OC/CC, so I would think either is protected.

      Do you have a reference to law/case law that says open carrying is probable cause for a stop? (I know most states it isn't, but don't know specifically about Indiana.)
