      I think you will have trouble finding any rifles that don't have newly scribed or stamped "matching serials". I am thinking if you buy a Century Arms, they put new serials on them, which may not reflect actual "matching" parts.

      Oct. '12 1500 - truck got broke into, so dont leave nothing in car

      2500 trucks are a hot commodity, these days, especially the diesel models. They were likely looking for a set of keys in the center console. Cash and keys seem to be the common goal.

      In reference to this issue, since the SBR's are "manufacutered" by the person filing the Form 1, doesn't that make the gun a US made gun, therefore not requiring the 922r parts?
