      Polymer vs Metal

      I prefer both. For slow bullseye style shooting, I much prefer the characteristics of an all metal handgun. For every Day Carry or for fast transition work between targets, I much prefer polymer. My speed between targets is always better with a light polymer-framed gun.

      I am a fan of revolver aesthetics from most manufacturers, but I have always gravitated towards Rugers. I think that it is the combination of the subjective good looks, and the objective toughness of their revolvers that appeals to me.

      My EDC "Go To" gun is the M&P40 m2.0 Compact. Over the years my EDC has changed quite a bit, but for at least 4 years now, My M&P40 has be a trusted and constant companion. For me, the M&P is what I would consider a "Git-`er done" gun.

      I'm in the LOVE camp. Of all my polymer, striker handguns, the PDP is the best shooting and most accurate to date. Only my custom Walther PPQ comes close. These are all groups from 10 to 20 yards, and were shot at the new Range USA in Mishawaka... I'm now known as the PDP guy there. 5 Shots...
