I was there first thing this morning and they didnt have any then too. I was kinda disappointed too. Most others things were marked down just a wee bit. Nothing to get excited about.
All these absurd polls/articles on these mostly left leaning media outlets sometimes makes me wonder if they just troll on the gun people. They always know the response will be overwhelming from the other side.
I would assume the shipping will be from and to the owner and if there is any requirement to be shipped to the FFL, the cost would be covered by Springfield. I will try to call them tomorrow. The site isn't working for me too.
I was at Gander Mountain last Sunday and they had almost all calibers available. 223 was around 60 cents a rounds but they had plenty available. Hopefully prices will start reflecting demands soon too.
Any bi-tone model available? I might want to get one if the price is right. Please PM with info when you can. We got one for the wifey and now I want one too :)
I got mine last week also. BGF had one and I was on their wait list. Received a call last Friday and picked it up later that evening. The lady there said this was the first one in 9mm that they've sold. I was waiting on the bi-tone also but just couldn't wait. Now need to get to the range to try...
I am still working on it. Might take a while but I hope to get there. No rush yet. I am a member of only one other forum aside from this which does not have the 50 post rule but they do have other rules which new members need to abide by.
Hope this counts as one :D
Last week I was at the walmart at Franklin looking for ammo and chatted with a gentleman who does his own reloading and was there to check the prices. After talking for several minutes, when I said goodbye, he said something in the lines of - I've noticed it a lot of times that most gun people...
It wasn't argumentative and there is no need to apologize. I believe a lot of people 'Like' pages for the heck of it and also, as you mentioned, because it is easy. Hence for me, paid membership >> Facebook Like in accessing the loyalty for a group.
I know, comparing with NRA or GOA would be stretching too much. I just couldn't come up with anything while I was opening my bottle of Jack for the evening. But I think you know what I meant :)
I understand, but that was not the point I was trying to make. Ok maybe this forum might not be a good example to cite.
How about NRA or GoA. They have paid membership :)
How does clicking one button on Facebook makes anyone a member? Anyone could do that. Their active members might be less than the active membership of this forum alone.
