      M&P would be my suggestion between the two listed, but the DPMS is nothing to rule out or sneeze about I have several of them myself and they are top shelf rifles. Now if you want the highest of the quality, then go with the LMT made in the communist republic or ILL.

      Normally how long does it take to receive your CCP back? I know when I got my permit in 1999, it took maybe 4 weeks if that long, next week is week (6) waiting is that normal? I sent everything 12/02/08 priority mail to Indy and still nothing back.

      I had no problems with my form 1's just make sure you fill them out correctly and proof read them thoroughly before you send in everything that is required so there is no delays.
