WTS: AMT Longslide, Comped Beretta M9, Walther P99, Jericho 941R

Comped Beretta M9, Walther P99, Jericho 941R Ladies and Gentleman, Up for your consideration are four pistols that I'm selling to raise a few funds and to make some space for an up-and-coming move to Nevada. I live in Northwest Indiana (Schererville), and I'm willing to travel some in order...

      .460 Rowland

I never realized there was such a drastic difference between .45 ACP and the Rowland... probably because the rounds look so similar. I mean I knew it was beefier, but then I looked up the pressures! 40,000 PSI!! Yikes!

Chambering the same round multiple times?

I'm guilty of doing this myself with my Walther P99. Using gold dots, I can't actually 'see' any difference between bullet length, but then again I don't re-chamber them on a particularly regular basis, and the differences are sure to be difficult to see. I should bust out the calipers, but...

      Future of the walther ppk

My '72 German made PP in .32 is smooth as a baby's butt. My old man's S&W PPK in .380 is perfectly functional and looks nice, but it's gritty as all hell. Also, the beavertail has some sharp edges and actually took the skin off of the web of my hand after shooting half a box of .380's...

      Extreme Shock Ammunition

Are these the rounds that turn to "dust" when they hit? I saw a youtube vid of them disintegrating inside of some ballistic gel and creating massive would cavities. Actually, here's a youtube video of it. This isn't the one I originally saw, which I think was just an ad for the rounds...

      Heizer Defense DoubleTap

Thanks for the review! Like kawtech said, it's piquing my interest... more than I thought it would. A true hold out pistol. :)

      9mm reloads

      .460 Rowland

:) Very cool! I definitely want to try one of those before I die. Are they always comped?

      Why no self defense 7.62X39

On a related note, I've never even seen non-steel cased 7.62x39. Granted, I've only ever shot wolf, tiger, etc... but still. Is (or rather, was) brass cased ammo ever widely available?

      Budget .380

The people who own Bersa thunders seem to swear by them. I've never handled one, so maybe I shouldn't be chiming in, but again, they're cool little PPK clones. Also, after handling my Dad's S&W made PPK in .380, I can't say the extra money spent on the current Walther license production is...

      Nice looking CZ70s at AIM

Those are neat! Looks like some kind of 1960's Bond villain gun. :)

Opinions on the S&W Bodyguard .380

My buddy's fiancée has one of these. It's so concealable it's insane, and the integral laser is a nice touch. It's pretty stiff to shoot, I thought, firing defensive grade .380's out of a gun so light, but if you're looking for true pocket carry, one of these is definitely a contender. :)

      AK 47 Show and Tell

WOW :yesway:. Very nice. I'm not super knowledgeable on the Eastern rifles... what make is that, and what caliber? Looks VERY good!
