I felt several guns before i bought one, i had a slight opinion but i really had to carry it, shoot with it, and live with it before i was comfortable. I now have more dominant preferences, but the comfort comes with familiarity, and the extra confidence that comes with that goes a long way...
I cc at church. Its huge, probably lots of people do. Ive noticed poorly concealed weapons but no obvious oc. Also if im going to a school or post office i make those stops my only stop out of the house then i go right back home to get my cc before i go anywhere else. We dont have any nra or...
I would if i could, but i use a flashbang. Some moleskin would be more comfortable for me then another layer. I wouldnt be so worried about the rust, it was a relativly inexpensive gun, but my husband also has a tcp and without rust he has had some issues with the functionality of his mag...
Yep, ive looked for other self defense methods in addition to my firearm. I carry a kershaw leek, and am interested in taking classes in self defense. I know some basics, how to go for the eyes or throat, and how to get out of several holds but the more knowledge and training i have in that area...
Lots of great ideas, thanks everybody. Im going to try several of these things. Also heard someplace that using some mole skin between your skin and the kydex helps, does anybody have experience with that?
My magazine release on my cc keeps rusting. I carry in a kidex holster. I keep having to scratch it off, re-blue it. i wipe it down with remington oil every night, but it keeps coming back usually within a month. Is this just maintainance ill always have to do? Or is there a better way to keep...
I use a flashbang and i love it. Its not for everybody, but its concealed completely which is important at my job. Nobody can see or take it and its easy to be aware of. Not many fashion restrictions either
I love my flashbang for my 380 taurus tcp. Around small kids it feels like its in the safest place. Never had it touched when they hug me or im carrying them. Id prefer something a little more accesable, but when its carried right its totally concealed and safest for kids around you.
Columbia city has lots of guns and usually amo. Warsaw has some long guns and there amo shelves are filling back up, some 22 but im not spending 20 bucks for 50 rounds, i can get it for 5 or 6 when i find it other places
I have one in my kitchen, and i love it.... dont know that ill use it once we have kids though, im a little clumsy sometimes, and a few have fallen by my feet, but i still have all my toes! Gota be slow and careful with those things
Ive looked at cc purses. I dont ever intend to buy one unless its cute and id buy it regardless of compartments it has. Carrying in your purse is not a good idea anyway, but if thats how your going to carry, its much cheeper to buy something else and make it work for you. I used to carry in a...

My cc is pink, but that was just luck. My husband carrys the same 380 because it fits in his pocket, i moved from a 9mm sub compact down because i wantes something easier to conseal. I shot his, liked it, and when i found out it came in pick?! Just icing on the cake i was guna eat anyway
My husband has done this several times. I love that he can casually put his hand in his pocket whenever something suspicious or threatening happens. Hasnt been very often, but if he ever needs to draw, his hand is already right on it. Its the only thing in his pocket, same side everyday in a...
Im having trouble attaching the article link, but fox news posted an article about Missouri training their teachers on how to use guns so they can carry in the classroom.... who do we talk to get indiana to do this!?
We dont have a good place for a gun safe in our small appartment right now, so until we get into a house and bolt a safe in the basement we have everything locked up in their cases locked all togerher with a bike lock around a solid big heavy work bench. They get cleaned on a big table spare room
