I think you should look into what the sign stands for. it isn't "gun free zone" sign. it's truthfully for youth if in need is a place for them to go if they are in danger.

I don't stop for bicycles on the sidewalks when they try to pull out infront of me. I honk and then sometimes flip the lights on so they stop then continue on,... and if they still think they want to pull out infant of me and almost die from my truck. We have a little chat on the side of the road.
