      Good fishing in southern indiana?

      well, I still haven't checked out those lakes but I did go to Franke Lake today in Henryville. The water was pretty muddy from the recent ran. Got a few bumps but that was it. it was still a beautiful day to be on the water. Anybody else have any luck lately?

      Walmart never has any when I'm there. Like I said, dicks has some now and again. I never made it to madison but I picked up a bucket o bullets (1400) on a trade yesterday. I felt it was a good score and I'm set for a while.

      How do you come up with 3-1/2 to 4 1-/2? I thought he might be, but not sure what the basis is for making this guess. He seems to have a pretty good sized body and I know the rack is tall with decent mass, but what are you looking at specially when judging his age?

      I do eat my deer, so I'll take what I can get, but I still like to shoot something with a nice rack if possible. I'll let you guys know how I do this year. Anybody have some nice photos of prospective bucks this year?

      Good discussions. I put bait out so I can pick them up on camera and see what's out there. I think each school of thought is different depending on what each individual feels is fair and also depends on how much the hunter wants to feel that they are out smarting the game with little to no aids...
