      I used the .gov website (mycase.in.gov), as well as doxpop. Sorry about your honest mistake. Begin the appeal process asap... it is there so that things like this can be straightened out. Best of luck

      I did mark that I had a misdemeanor. I noted it as being a misdemeanor for theft. I did not mention anything about the clerical error, but I am sure that they can see that. No point in hiding anything, they see it all anyways.
