Milt Sparks, Kramer, Alessi are a few of the names I'm familiar with but I know there are others out there. Send me some pics, the budget isn't unlimited but I know these type of holsters aren't cheap. I also have quality .45 ammo (HST, GS, Ranger) or .223/5.56 (TAP, Razorcore, MK 318) ammo I...
Lol, I travel through Ohio for work every Wed. and picked up a couple of cases for a guy I work with last week. I haven't ever tried it. Judging by the photo, I take it you're a fan.
Unfortunately, I have a friend who has fallen on hard times. Wish I could tell you something else. He offered at that price and I had a choice between that and a Schroder & Bauman, after doing some research and talking with Churchmouse, I bought the Baer.
My first 1911. Guess I'm going to have to get used to "cocked and locked". $1400, around 500rds through it, only came with 1 mag. Looking for recommendations on holsters, mags(I know WC are gtg, any others? Ones to avoid?) and anything else a newbie 1911 owner should have.
I have an older one in 45 caliber, steel but no rail. It's more accurate than I am and feels great in my hand but the first (double action) trigger pull is REALLY hard to get used to (for me at least) and it is VERY heavy. The only place I actually carry it on me is at the range. I love it just...
Glad you like them OP. I looked at those and thought I might really like them but I found a great deal on a set of Trijicons with the orange front so I going to give them a try first. Definitely might give them a try on another gun though.
Thank you all for the suggestions. I have simply moved to three o'clock which has pretty much solved the problems. I am also going to try and lose about 20lbs which should keep me from having to purchase new clothing and will probably make my doctor happy in the process. :D
I recently purchased a G30 to EDC and I like the gun but have found it to be uncomfortable to carry it AIWB. It's fine when I'm standing upright/walking but when I start bending to lift something or pick something up or sitting in the seat of the truck I drive for work it gets pretty uncomfy in...
Anyone own one? Likes/dislikes? I have put this one in my hand and it feels great but I can't shoot it. This gun is beautiful but I don't have enough knowledge of the platform to be able to find the flaws. ANY info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I'm not sure if you can or not because of your age but renting the guns your interested in at a range is well worth the money to figure out what fits your hand and that is controllable for you.
