      Pretty sure every 3rd world country uses old motor oil to lube their AKs and Tokarevs. I'm betting new oil will work much better!

      I started using Amsoil in one of my pistols. So far so good. No corrosion or malfunctions. I'll give it another thousand rounds or two before I decree it a success.

      I carry AIWB. I was nervous a 1st but did a lot of dryfire and am very deliberate and careful when re-holstering. I can't imagine conceal carrying any other way. I will admit my P365 is more comfortable than my P226 lol.

      Thoughts on steel case 5.56 NATO rounds

      I used to be scared of steel. My AR runs it well. I have probably 3k steel through it and 4k brass. Still just as accurate as ever and never malfunctions. I would try a couple of boxes before making a big order. My buddies AR hates steel.

      Just did a 500rnd run of 230 grain 45ACP using Blue bullets and Sport Pistol. I had to use all small pistol primer brass since I was out of LPP!

      Just loaded my 1st 45 ACPs. About 500 of them. Mixed brass with Blue Bullets (230grn) and Sport Pistol. They shoot great, Loaded them a bit light about 8% less than max load data.

      I have only used about 500 of them ( a couple .380's snuck in there dammit!) but I have never had any issues. I usually use Federal but in these tough times I'd use tula lol.

      I love Berettas

      Only Beretta I have shot was at boot camp and boy was is a sloppy POS with a nasty DA. That being said I held the M9A3 with the vertical angle grip and boy did that feel nice. I bet with an LTT or WC trigger I could learn to love the hell out of it.

      Hard to go wrong with any major brand of handgun. I would look for police trade in M&P's, Glocks, or P226/227.

      Was wondering what kind of legal ***** storm you would get in to if you used a scary "ghost gun" to defend yourself. Perfectly legal to own but I wonder if the extra legal fee I am sure would ensue is worth it. Thoughts?
