question about Scar 17
Hello, Does anyone have any good leads on a Scar 17? Armslist is making me nervous as payment is by check,escrow,secure bank deposit. Is this normal? I would rather pay with a credit card or somewhere I can research the Seller. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!- Heatherlleah

How can i ensure the gun is clean so to speak
As i start to look at guns that i like and or would like to purchase on here. is it appropriate to ask for the serial number? should i check with law enforcement to verify that the gun is not stolen? i assume the above would pertain to individuals selling guns vs. dealers? what...- dkor

Purchasing a rifle at auction question.
I'm going to try and purchase a rifle at a local auction. Will I need to have that sent to a local gun shop to pick it up or will I be able to take it with me if I have a LTC and not have a gun dealer be involved. Just need to know the right way to handle this if I do purchase one.
