The small primer tray for my Lee Ergo priming tool went **** up on me. I emailed Lee, and then sent me a new tray and lid no questions asked.

Yep Lee is top notch. I bought a Lee Load Master. The box didn't have the case feeder in the box. I called and they sent both small and large pistol case feeder. I used it for 2 months and had a primer spring get bent. I called and yet again great service. Each time they sent what I needed for free, no questions asked. They even sent me an extra primer feed just in case it was causing the issue. I am happy I went with Lee.
