Placed an order on 1-5-23, order wasn't dropped off to USPS until the 18th. Tony said he can't control the USPS, yet they got it from ft Wayne to Indy overnight. The USPS wasn't the problem.

No apologies, no "hey we got slammed, sorry for the delay" nothing.

Can't say I disagree that summit city dropped the ball. A week to create the label and another week to actually ship is unacceptable by my standards unless it is stated clearly when making the purchase that they are behind

I agree, but there wasn't. They just dropped the ball and tried to blame it on USPS.
