Silencers Have NEVER Been Illegal !
One of the receiver bolts for my side saddle broke. I tried to get on Mesa's website but it was down so I googled them. I found many recent rants on other boards about Mesa's customer service, or lack there of. Great, now I have a useless side saddle that wasnt cheap. I finally found their contact number and called them up. The nice lady I spoke with apologized for the breakage and said she would send me a new parts kit free of charge. Three days later I received a package from Mesa with new parts, a catalog and some stickers. Pretty good service if you ask me.
